What if I take my vehicle and get buyers remorse?


David Stanley Chevrolet has an exchange policy.  Within 5 days of purchase, you can exercise this David Stanley exclusive option. 

 

What if my car breaks down after I buy it? Am I stuck?


The answer is no. We stand behind what we sell.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

 

How do I get the best price without the haggle?


It's simple, just let us know you want a haggle free price.  Believe it or not, some people still love to haggle over price.

 

How do I know I'm getting the most for my trade?


David Stanley guarantees top trade value.  We will give you a cash value bid to leave with even if you don't buy a car from us. 

 

Do I get anything if I refer a friend or acquaintance?


Yes you do. We pay a minimum of $200 for sending us someone who purchases a vehicle.  Just tell your person to tell us you sent them.

 

I got an offer in the mail for a $10 oil change, what's the catch?


No catch! We send out special offers all the time.  We know if we don't serve you we don't deserve you.  Just bring the offer in and we will honor it. 

 

Will David Stanley Chevrolet beat any dealers price?


The answer is simple, YES we will.  We are family owned and operated.  Our goal is to save you the most money.  We will not be under sold.  

 

What if you don't have the exact vehicle I want?  Can David Stanley Chevrolet find it for me?


We have access to over 900 Chevrolet dealers inventory.  If we can't find the vehicle you want or more.  We will give you $200 just for giving us the shot at it.

 

How long does it take for to get my title in the mail?


Due to our large volume discounts, we sell more than anyone in the state of Oklahoma.  Your title will arrive in 2-3 weeks after purchase.  It could take longer but only in unusual circumstances.

 

What if I can't get a hold of my sales person?


David Stanley values quality of life for his employees.  We don't work our employees open to close.  Sometimes this causes delays.  Simply ask for the manager on duty and you will be directed easily.

 

What if I owe more on my trade than it is worth? What are my options?


This is common in today's market where Oklahomans drive lots of miles.  Causing what is know as "upside down" in your vehicle.  We can use rebates and discounts to cover the portion that is left over.  We can also roll it into your new loan.

 

Can I get an extended warranty even though I didn't choose to at the time I purchased my vehicle?


Yes you can. Simply contact a David Stanley Finance team member for your options. 

 

Is there a state law where I can return my vehicle within 72 hours if I'm not satisfied?


There is not a law of any amount of time.  When you drive it off the lot, you own it.  However, David Stanley has a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.  Come see a department manager, we will work with you. 

 

What if my car is in service and I can't get there till after closing time?


Call your service advisor and let them know.  We will make arrangements for you to pick up your vehicle from an associate in sales.

 

What if I have to bring my vehicle in for service or to get some accessories put on?  I can't be without a vehicle!


We have a free loaner program.  Set an appointment and we have a vehicle free of charge for you to drive while your vehicle needs are being met.


What if I'm buying a car and the dealership is closing?

 

Easy, we will not leave until you finish your paperwork.  Even if that means we have to stay after hours.

 

Does my car have a warranty?

 

Don't assume it does not.  Give us a call with your 17 digit vehicle identification number (VIN) and we will tell you all your warranty information. 

 

Does David Stanley Chevrolet have carfax? 


Yes, all of our pre-owned vehicles have a carfax available.

 

How can I find out what rebates I qualify for? 


There are thousands of dollars in rebate you could potentially qualify for.  The rebates are yours, not the dealerships.  We want you to get all of them to save you the most money.

 

 

I don't speak English very well.  Can you help me?

Yes we can.  We have many Spanish speaking sales people, and finance managers on staff to meet your needs.

 

Can I Finance a car if I have a BANKRUPTCY?

 

The answer is a definite YES! Bankruptcy is not the end of the world.  You can definitely buy a car after your Bankruptcy.  One of the best ways to restore your credit is an auto loan.  There are more and more loan companies in Oklahoma City and acress the United States that have new programs to help finance people with bad credit.  An auto loan may be easier to get than a personal loan or an unsecured loan because the lender can use the car as collateral against the loand in case the borrower defaults or doesn't make the loan payments.

 

Can I Finance a car if my credit score is low? 

 

Some lenders will accept low credit scores.  These programs look more at the person looking for the loan as opposed solely at a credit score.  For example, a good employment history and residence stability can play a factor in gaining an approval. 

 

Can I Finance a car if I have had a REPOSSESSION?  

 

Although a car repossession can damage your credit score, finance companies have programs tailored for your situation.  Finance companies understand that non-payment is not always your fault.  They understand issues like job loss, mehcanical failures and non-payment from an insurance loss.
