There was a time when the car would have been washed, vacuumed, wiped down on the inside and outside, no ash trays now to clean, tires wiped, fluids checked and a copy of everything done. So what has really changed for the customer?

They sold us a truck that the new the tires were no good. Also, didn’t even complete the detailing. I get the job is to sale it but I’m sure most people could wait a day for you to fix these issues. I felt bullied to buy this vehicle as well.

My car buying process went smoothly and efficient. Plus, I was able to drive the same day with $0 down for my 2026 Chevy Equinox. Issac was one of the people who've helped me get the car I was looking for.

Pros: Service advisor was kind, professional, and responsive. Communication was clear and upfront. Cons: Charging $150 per diagnostic feels excessive. We paid $300 to be told the vehicle needed a new battery and spark plugs, which are routine maintenance items. Neither was covered under the enhanced warranty, and the repair quote was $1,400. Feedback: This experience felt frustrating and discouraging. Routine findings should not require multiple paid diagnostics. Diagnostics should be bundled, capped, or credited toward repairs when no complex issue is found. We chose to walk away due to the cost structure, not the service advisor.

I had a scheduled appointment, and they got me in and out on time. Their maintenance department is right on point.

You make one mistake in buying and your screwed. No money back and no replacing it with another. Have truths. They tell you what you want to hear and not what you want to hear and not follow thru. $29,000 and I don't have what I like. As you can see, I'm not happy. Don't buy from here or you will be sorry.

I had an appointment for 8:30 to see if my coolant was going bad on my 2025 trailblazer. My advisor Patty said she put it under warranty for a coolant leak check. That’s not what I was asking for.. then 3.5-4 hours had gone bye and I called to see if it was close to being finished as I needed to go to work by 3. Patty called me back and chuckled and said “yours has not been looked at yet as other services have come in with more issues than yours, we may not even look at it today”. I called back after 5 minutes and told someone else I was coming to pick up my car and I’m not paying anything. As my appt. Was for 8:30 and now I’m being told it probably won’t be seen today. I understand it’s a small thing my service request but why make an appointment to be laughed at and say we may not even look at your vehicle today? Definitely not coming back here EVER.

I filed a complaint with the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center in Detroit, MI. They should receive it this week.

As always completely satisfied.

I brought my truck in for three specific concerns. 1. Oil Leak – My shop mechanic had already inspected it. I simply needed to know whether the repair would be covered under my extended warranty. I was told they would have to bring it in to determine coverage. 2. AC Not Cooling – The engine compartment fan was not coming on with the AC, causing it not to cool properly. After their inspection, I was told they would need to “add dye to the system” at a cost of $800. No clear explanation was given as to how that addressed the actual issue. 3. Engine Compartment Noise – They claimed the turbo wastegate was loose and recommended replacing the entire turbo. After all of this, I received a quote close to $10,000. I called the service advisor twice and received no return call. The following Monday I received a text message stating: “So how are you wanting to proceed on this vehicle being that the extended warranty is expired?? I’ve sent the quote which I show has been reviewed by you. Reply STOP to OptOut from 01 DAVID STANLEY CHE” At that point, I was unaware that my extended warranty had expired. Instead of walking me through that information or discussing options, the only communication I received was essentially: yes or no, proceed or come get your vehicle. I chose to pick up my truck and figure out my next steps. That decision cost me $450. My experience at this dealership was: • Minimal communication • Poor follow-up • No transparency regarding warranty status • Very little effort to explain diagnosis or options • A repair quote that escalated quickly to nearly $10,000 If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here, understand that you may not receive proactive communication or clear explanations. I expected better professionalism and customer service than what I experienced.

After getting my vehicle back, I noticed the smell in my cabin. I brought this up to your service center personnel. She said she didn't smell nothing and we don't allow smoking or vaping, because that's what I thought it was. She got a second opinion and said she didnt smelling anythings either But you do have a dash cam. So I looked at my dash cam later on that day. And I found that a young man was sitting down vaping in front of my truck when it was pulled in, which was caught on my cam. So please share this with them. give me an email i would fwd the camcord video to you.

John called and notified me that my pickup was ready. Then I went online and reviewed the documents and found that it needed an alignment and tires. I called back and had to prove that I have alignment for life. Then the discussion about tires for life. They declined to give me the tires-for-life promised when purchased the vehicle. He told me the agreement expired after 6 years. I have for 11 years faithfully brought my vehicle to them for service. Therefore I must sever our relationship. The 3 star rating is in consideration of good service

I was charged fees that I had not been charged for before, and I had the exact same services completed.

Paid for services that were not approved of. Informed us the vehicle was completely and ready to go 3 times but when we got here to get the vehicle it didn’t work. They could not figure out what was wrong the vehicle. Asked V our service tech several times and she could not give me a clear diagnosis. She also called me on her personal cell while I’m on hold with the service department and tried to argue with me, which is highly inappropriate. Informed us that she is going to discount the labor about $300 which is great, however, they charged us for a battery that was not at all approved or talked to us before hand and was informed that was all it needed. Turns out the battery was not the overall cause of the vehicle, it needed a fuel pump. Spoke with Barry the manger and he said he would discount the labor off of the fuel pump. When we asked about the battery, he said that it was fit in with the other discounts. I will not be coming back to this facility because of the miscommunication and unprofessionalism that accrued. Paid $1600 for mediocre work.

Good but not great. Issues after 60miles(24hrs) on a brand new 6.2 trails.. eta is more then two weeks before getting back... I bought brand new for reliability and security, which I have not gotten. Now I get more then half a month without my truck.. yay...

I took my truck in with an appointment on Monday Feb. 23rd. By Friday Feb. 27th my truck had not been touched or checked. I picked it up The next day and took it somewhere else. I took it in just to be checked where or why oil was leaking too, not some crazy thing. They couldn't even check it.

We had such a great experience. We told them the price we were willing to walk out the door with. They made that happen. I told them exactly what I wanted and they found it. Financing was simple. Overall really great experience

Oil change was OK ,the tires for life ,engine for life, see I had a blowout and I thought maybe that replaced it but no, it’s only if I come to that place and whenever they decide to switch my tires, the engine for life .i was just toll if !I kept BG into my motor that’s the only way I get in for life! I’ve got a lot of clicks and beans and gadgets going off my electronics and it’s taking away forever to try to get somebody to look at it. It’s been a few months now since I bought the car that was supposed to be new but was previously owned by somebody else.

When I got in the car the instruments had been changed to metric and seat was all the way forward. Most dealers was your car after service? The 2 dealers I used in TX to service the car offered a military discount. You changed me extra to use my credit card. If I had know in advance I would have brought my check book. Not impressed.

Service is good and polite but the issue is the price for an oil change is to high. When I went to pay my bill the customer service person could really improve her people skills. I will have to start bringing my equinox to Walmart. Also when I left I noticed the sticker was left off of my window but I didn’t want to go back.

I have a whistling sound coming from my windshield. When I dropped my truck off on Monday morning I told the service rep about it and tried to show them the video but they insisted the technician had to drive my truck. She was very dismissive and treated me like she just wanted me to sign the service agreement and leave. Later they told me they couldn't replicate the sound and I could try to drive with the technician to show them. When I got there I was able to show the technician the video and get confirmation the the windshield seal needed repair ( a common issue on these trucks). So I had to lose time at work, and pay for a ride back to the dealership just to show them what I tried to show them when I dropped my truck off. Then they said the window couldn't be repaired by them and I would get a call to reschedule. It has now been 3 days and I haven't recieved a call from anyone to schedule the windshield fix.

Terrible. The service department wasn't helpful at all. They only wanted to charge an outrageous amount of money for something I didn't need. My car is new and still under warranty. I made an appointment but was still told it'd take hours. I left and went to a different Chevy dealership and they helped me for free in less than an hour. It's ridiculous that you want to charge $150+ to clear a code.

Vanessa & Patty were friendly and helpful as always ! Service department employees are always great ! I’m upset about the quality of tires I’ve received from the tires for life program. I delivery packages for a living. I’m on some REAL rural roads … some barely qualify as a road at all. I’ve never had a single problem in rain and mud with the tires that were stock issue on my traverse. My very first shift with these brand new tires nearly threw me into ditches half a dozen times. I’ve spoken with Vanessa & Patty and their hands are tied. Service department won’t put my old tires back on. These tires are going to kill me. This program should give the same quality tire. Period. I feel like I’ve been scammed by a dealership I’ve bought two cars from in the last 6 years.

With a new car purchase comes a complimentary oil change, which I scheduled at this dealership because the service dept at Confidence Chevrolet has engaged in questionable post delivery changes to my vehicle history within GM without my authorization. Called the service dept two days prior to make sure I understood the process, where the complimentary first oil change was confirmed. Arrived, checked in with the advisor, service completed, then advisor took me to the cashier who then indicated there was an associated fee. The advisor stated the complimentary oil change had already been redeemed, which it hadn’t, but she would work with the manager. Ultimately they waived the fee, rightfully so, but very disappointing experience with the entire experience buying a new Chevrolet suburban from the nefarious behavior of Coby Smith to the bait and switch complimentary oil change.

This was my 3rd time to have my truck serviced, and once again they did a fantastic job. They are fast and efficient.

Went in person to set appointment (8:30am). When I brought the vehicle in at the appointment time I was told they may not get to it that day. When I questioned what good is an appointment, she said you don’t need an appointment when it needs to be left. On the next day after the inspection, the notification system “details” tab didn’t provide any information. The allotted labor hours were enormous (4-10x more than the cost of the parts). When picking up my vehicle, after paying the inspection fee, they gave me my keys but I couldn’t find my vehicle. When I inquired, they said it was probably in the back and then offered me a ride to find it.

30,000 mile check up=$1,1000 Really?! Fluid, flushes and filters. I previously owned a dodge challenger 6 cylinder and did not have to pay any of that at 30,000 miles!!!! I didn’t pay ANYTHING for oil changes and they even provided free batteries for my remotes. Free tires for life? That was a selling point not a “courtesy” as it was explained to me yesterday. Not free if your tire is missing a chunk apparently. I have yet to see this chunk. You should promote free TREAD for 6 years and/or 2 sets of tires instead of claiming this coverage is for life and then burying all the disclaimers it in fine print!! Totally misleading!! Then there are those “free” oil changes for life that cost $100 for mandatory fuel additives that must be put in by the dealership. And now that I’m on a roll I was baited and switched at purchase. One price boldly listed online and an additional $5000 added when I walked in the door because the car was in demand supposedly. Everyone is service has been nice and professional but that does not make up for this all around HORRIBLE experience!! I will NEVER buy a Gm product again!! Time for a new challenger. DODGE rocks!!

The engine light came on while driving. I called to see if the service department could look at it. The cashier said it will one to to two days before it could be looked at. I said what if I make an appointment. His response was still one to two days. I asked about the courtesy vehicle that’s advertised and his response was I’ll put you on the list. I don’t feel valued at all as a customer.

Was there for a recall on the airbag was having problems with the ac not blowing cold inside the charged the system cost over too husband bucks and it still didn't work any better I done some research myself and found the problem the part was eighteen bucks put it on my self now it works fine. How about a refund?

This was a wipe job NOT a proper cleaning. The passenger door wasn’t even cleaned. The bed of the truck wasn’t cleaned. There was still so much to do that was NOT done. I took pictures to send to our salesman. Pitiful service

I drive two plus hours to get my car serviced at David Stanley. I was two miles out from the dealership when I got a call to confirm my appointment for the next day. Needless to say, I was in panic mode as I confused my day for my appointment. After explaining my situation, they agreed to go ahead to honor my appointment on the day I was arriving. They got me checked in and serviced as soon as I showed up. I really appreciated that they were able to work with me.

David stanley has the best customer service

This place dors not value cybersecurity and keeps emailing me customer information despite me trying to get in touch and correct them.

La verdad no e tenido buena experiencia en su concesionario, ya q lleve una Chevy traverse 2014 por el bombillo del motor encendido y presentaba un falso contacto, me la diagnosticaron y q eran los conectores de la computadora los cuales no tenían en el concesionario, los busqué y los llevé al concesionario, en 2 días me los pusieron y q ya todo estaba bien y q la factura eran 450 por ensamblar los acneses y colocar los conectores, saliendo el viernes 31 de Julio , llegando a mi casa el carro volvió con la falla, el lunes 3 de agosto lo volví a llevar para q me le dieran solución a mi problema y aún no e recibido noticias del concesionario, la verdad a sido un poco amarga mi experiencia, las personas q me atienden en la oficina son muy atentas, pero el servicio como tal 4/10, buenas tardes

I have scheduled an appointment to get my brakes done. I’m a single mom with the child that has cancer. So I cannot take off a lot of days because I’m paying for a treatments. When I shut up. They didn’t have the brakes. They had me come back the second day and I was there for six hours. Nobody bothered to give me an update during the six hours to tell what was taking so long or what was the issue. Yes when I pay for the services you guys are so delightful. So polite. But during the process very unprofessional. I honestly hate go in there. If I don’t know have this car, I would not be going there every appointment that I have said there has been an issue. There has been something wrong on your part. And I feel like shit. It’s like I don’t matter as a customer.

I don’t like it i ask for motor diagnostic on my truck and they don’t do it just say truck if fine and when I drive the truck home is do it the same thing

I put a new radiator in and starter and get a few other things did not have to pay for the radiator or starter with covered under warranty they took care of everything in a timely manner the best thing was only had to pay $189 for radiator and starter

The salesman wasnt very willing to negotiate price, and was told from the get go that he wouldn't pay a dime over sticker, and had to be compelled to talk to the manager about waving the paperwork fee....but on a good note he was the only sales person to come talk to us after we had been walking around looking at car for almost 30 minutes

The sales and finance departments tried very hard to make this truck trade happen. They were extremely busy the days this trade was negotiated and the final paperwork had some problems that needed to be worked out. Installing the incorrect tag could have been interesting if we had been stopped by law enforcement. Copies of the signed documents was slow to be given to me. However, all things with the chosen trucks not being available and delivery was out of our time line; all turned out to my satisfaction. We are in South Dakota Black Hills and happy with our purchase. Bill and staff were very courteous and a tribute to David Stanley Chevrolet organization. All is well pending final agreements. Staff professional and friendly. One thing that makes me hesitant about bringing my vehicle for service. I don’t like being offered “urgent” recommendations. When I first bought my vehicle in for a free oil change I was offered additional need for car. Now urgent . If that’s the case wouldn’t the warranty cover the urgent repairs? Other than that. My experience is always pleasant.

Very good service with this girl Vianey

The oil change was compensated due to incorrect mileage input upon arrival. Repair performed did not correct front passenger side vibration, noise is now present while turning to the left. Was told tires were good, so the vibration shouldn't be caused by tire wear. Otherwise, the service was good.

Ended up at a local shop that took less than an hour for a diagnosis
