Quick and good donuts

I bought a truck in August 2024 nothing butno problems with the def system since I bought it and they can’t figure it out they don’t know what to do and just lack of communication check engine lights been on at least three or four times a month. It’s all documented.

great service, service writer Shy Davis gave us a discount because the service took longer then promised.

Sales manager went back on their word on our trade in value, verbally gave us 1 number as we’re about to walk out, then during signing it was the lower number on the paperwork. When asked about it, he straight up lied to our faces saying he never got that higher number approved. We should’ve walked out right then, but we didn’t and ate the difference. After signing, we were rushed out of the dealership so much so that they let us drive off the lot without our previous license plates. We didn’t realize it until we got home and had to go back the next day to get them. We really hope their service department is better than their sales department as they left a bad impression on how they value their customers.

I am very happy with David Stanley Chevrolet. Mr.Elix was very knowledgeable and efficient in my purchase of the Trailblazer. This is the second car I have purchased through this dealership and have had a positive experience each time.

Got the problem fixed.

Didn’t take long just was there for an oil change and wiper blade put on.

Shy was my service advisor and did an excellent job keeping me informed. His professional was above reproach and made my experience very pleasant. Change needed: PLEASE STOP YOUR SALES PEOPLE FROM ATTACKING EVER VEHICLE THAT DRIVES ONTO THE LOT!!!! Not everyone is there to buy a car. It is a very negative experience for customers and would prevent me from coming there if I wanted to buy a vehicle. Y’all stop this years ago, but for some reason, it has started back up.

Arrived early for my appointment and was able to get in right away. Service was quick and complete.

Professional and courteous service performed by the service staff. I appreciate the timely reminders for routine service when due. With a busy schedule it greatly helps me with ensuring I keep my vehicle serviced and avoid lapses in maintenance.

Had a confirmed appointment for 9:45 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early at 9:15 and still had to wait 2 hours. This is not acceptable. I will expect better service in the future if you want my continued business.

I was somewhat pleased with my experience, but I did not like the fact that the service advisor kept letting me know that my truck (2021) Silverado was on the original system and not found on the new system. I did not care about that. I was only concern was to get the oil change and tire rotation I was promised when I paid for my new truck several years ago. I was made to feel as though I was fortunate to get it done this time and not sure what’s going to happen next oil change.

Issac Cervantes, the salesman, has been very helpful. I have called him several times to ask questions about the features on my new car. He not only answered patiently, but created a video to walk me through it!! Dwight in Service was also very helpful in ordering my floor mats and installed them for me when they came in. Great service from Sales and Service department.

The customer service was great and efficient. What recommended maintenance work I needed to do was clearly relayed to me. The waiting room was well maintained with donuts, water, TV. I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance and didn't have to wait long. Afterwards, at checkout I was presented with the service papers to read what work was accomplished PRIOR to paying for the service (a welcome departure from the past experience). I appreciate the service department's customer focus.

I told the service manager do NOT rotate the tires because of previous owners bad alignment and I have already rotated but they did anyway. Now I have to come back from Mustang. Otherwise all good.

I recently brought my vehicle into the Service Department at David Stanley Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Vianey Rodriguez, my service advisor, who absolutely went above and beyond.

The oil change was done and I didn't have to hear about 10 other things wrong with my truck

I have a noise coming coming from the passenger side of my truck, that I have explained to the service advisor. I also stated the noise shortly after purchasing the vehicle. I've made two appointments to remove the issue and both time upon arriving at the service department I'm told that there's no appointment scheduled and no loner vehicles are available. Then I'm told I will recieve a call when one is available. My latest service was done on September 10th, I was called on the 11th by the service advisor to ask how the service went. I explained that the noise on the passenger side still persists. I was then told by the service advisor to bring my vehicle in on Tuesday September 16th at 0700. Upon arrival the same service advisor said I didn't have an appointment and that they are about 8 days out on loner vehicles and that they would once again call when they have one available. I live an hour away from the dealership and have wasted 4 hours of drive time trying to resolve this issue. It seems as though the dealership is trying to avoid the repairs by pushing the vehicle past the 36,000 mile warranty. I am highly disappointed with my experiences at David Stanley Chevrolet.

Vianey is the only person who has the best attitude. Last time I had a bad experience with another employee, that's why I like Vianey's service. I been talking my cars for service for over 2 years and she's always been the best

The 5 stars goes to the service Dept. They were fast and respectful, even took care of a recall that hadn't been taken care of yet. But the Sales dept. Really should do better about making sure their vehicles are gone over before putting them out for sale. The front driver side tire has wire showing on the inside as well as a few other things plus there was trash still in the truck and they refuse to take care of the tires and other minor stuff....

Oil change was great but the wash and clean wasn't very good. If I was paying for it I would have been upset.

It took me over a month of thinking on the purchase of the vehicle. The dealership was very respectful in not high pressuring me as I had originally asked. Many other dealerships either high pressured or misrepresented the vehicle I was looking for. The sales manager(Bill) and salesperson (Isaac) and were very professional

Came in for an oil change and maintenance and so you know my computer was reset. So now every time I start my truck I had to relog everything in each and every time I start the truck back up it's annoying. Makes me wish I didn't get the update for the maintenance

Bob White did a great job getting us in and taking care of what we needed. 1 complaint against David Stanley is i feel it is false advertising by saying you get tires for life where it come down to you get only 2 sets if your lucky free. We have done all our service with you thinking we would keep getting the tires found out that is not TRUE......

I had new windshield wipers installed and two technicians were gracious enough to install the wipers for me!! Their assistance was greatly appreciated!! This type of assistance is above and beyond assistance!!

Had transmission issues and engine light. Brought truck in on Sat 4 Oct, un scheduled. They had to wait until Monday 6th to troubleshoot the issue. They only had one qualified technician that works the transmission issues. He got to it on the 7th Oct. Fixed the problem and I got my truck back that same day. I would suggest that you train more technicians so your not one deep. That one guy is sick your production is lost and customer may seek repairs elsewhere.

I came in expecting they find the problem instead they said nothing was wrong answer to come bk when the light of failure comes back on. Then charged me 150.00 That was wrong I was using a warranty service and unexpectedly had to pay 150.00 for nothing to be so called wrong with my vehicle

I thought Cody did a great job overall other than being led to buy and look at used cars that I did not come to look at. Much time was waisted when I told him what I wanted when I got there. Finally after driving two used cars that I didn’t want I was taken to the new car lot and got what I wanted. One more thing that kinds bugged me was I had to go home and be at an appointment at 6:30 but the onstar guy kept insisting I get the installment done which made me late to my meeting. Just being a little more conferenced about peoples needs and request would be helpful. But other than those things I do recommend Cody he did good.

I spoke with the service lady with what I was told by Onstar. She took the truck and they fixed absolutely nothing. As a matter of fact the Onstar button didn't work after I got it back. She told me I should had told her to diagnose the problem, then maybe they might have repaired it. I'm sorry I didn't know exactly what to say. I paid $200 for nothing and expected to pay $150 to come back and say it correctly. Screw you.

There was a time when the car would have been washed, vacuumed, wiped down on the inside and outside, no ash trays now to clean, tires wiped, fluids checked and a copy of everything done. So what has really changed for the customer?

I was welcomed to the service dept., by Patty Cowan one of the nicest and sweetest lady. She got me checked in and sent to the waiting room. Didn’t have to wait very long before service was finished and Patty came to get me. Checked out and sent on my way, until next time. Everything went well and I was comfortable in the waiting room.

You make one mistake in buying and your screwed. No money back and no replacing it with another. Have truths. They tell you what you want to hear and not what you want to hear and not follow thru. $29,000 and I don't have what I like. As you can see, I'm not happy. Don't buy from here or you will be sorry.

They sold us a truck that the new the tires were no good. Also, didn’t even complete the detailing. I get the job is to sale it but I’m sure most people could wait a day for you to fix these issues. I felt bullied to buy this vehicle as well.

Pros: Service advisor was kind, professional, and responsive. Communication was clear and upfront. Cons: Charging $150 per diagnostic feels excessive. We paid $300 to be told the vehicle needed a new battery and spark plugs, which are routine maintenance items. Neither was covered under the enhanced warranty, and the repair quote was $1,400. Feedback: This experience felt frustrating and discouraging. Routine findings should not require multiple paid diagnostics. Diagnostics should be bundled, capped, or credited toward repairs when no complex issue is found. We chose to walk away due to the cost structure, not the service advisor.
