How Long Is the Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty?
The Bumper-to-Bumper New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers the vehicle for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date it's first delivered.
What Does the Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty Cover?
It covers parts and labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship, and includes towing to the nearest authorized dealership for warranty repair.
How Long Is the Powertrain Warranty, And What's Included?
It lasts up to five years or 60,000 miles and covers the engine, drivetrain, and transmission. Some exceptions apply. Radiators, hoses, coolant, and wiring are among the items not covered.
Is There a Deductible For Warranty Repairs?
Standard factory coverages like bumper-to-bumper and powertrain don't require a deductible. Deductibles typically apply to extended service contracts or protection plans.
Does Chevy Cover Rust?
Yes, corrosion coverage runs three years or 36,000 miles, and rust-through protection lasts for six years or 100,000 miles. This includes all body and sheet metal components.

Does the Warranty Transfer If I Sell My Chevrolet?
Generally yes, for coverage that's still active. The protection plan, pre-paid maintenance and tire and wheel plans can all be transferred to a new private party if it’s done within 30 days of the covered vehicle’s resale. Note that this can be subject to a transfer fee.
